You can cancel your Plus subscription any time, provided you have paid off your Cleo Cover balance. So, if Cleo has covered you for £80, you'll have to pay it back before you can cancel Plus.
If you'd like a refund for Plus, you will need to request one within 48 hours of signing up. You'll also need to make sure that you haven’t used any of the services associated with Plus! Please note that refunds for Cleo Plus are processed at our discretion and we cannot provide a refund after you have deleted your account.
