Transfers to and from the Cleo Wallet can take up to 4 business days to process (in other words, it will take longer over weekends), so don't be alarmed if you can't see the money within this timeframe. The transaction will show as pending until it has cleared. You can check the status of the payment by looking at your Cleo Wallet.
You have taken money out of the Cleo Wallet and you're still waiting for it to return to your account
Transfers to and from the Cleo Wallet can take up to 4 business days to clear (in other words, it will take longer over the weekend), so don't be alarmed if you can't see the money within this timeframe. Once the transaction has cleared, it will appear in the account attached to your Cleo Wallet.
You've successfully taken out Cleo Cover, and it's not landed in your account yet

You've made or received a referral, and you want to know where the $5 is
Please make sure that both you and the person you have referred/been referred by have attached a bank account and created a Cleo Wallet. You won't receive your referral payment unless you've completed these steps. You can read more about referrals in this article.
