By signing up to the Cleo Wallet you’re taking yet another step to becoming a money management boss.

You might already have a Cleo Wallet (loads of people sign up for one when they first sign up to Cleo). 

If not, then follow the instructions below to sign up for one (they’re split by country - read the right bit)

US

💬 Say “wallet” to Cleo. 

She’ll give you the option to set one up. Hit ‘Get started 👉'.

Select which of the bank accounts linked to your Cleo account you’d like to connect to your Wallet. If you put money into your Wallet it will come from here, and if you the money out your Wallet it will go into this account. 

You’ll then need to fill in your details so our payment partner Dwolla can verify your identity against US government records. 

If you make a mistake, you’ll have the chance to try putting your details in again. You may be asked to submit some ID to help with the verification process. 

After your details have been verified, your Wallet will be all set up 🎊

UK

💬 Say “wallet” to Cleo.

Hit ‘Get started 👉'. 

You’ll be asked to input your bank details - when money comes out your Wallet, we’ll put it into this account. 

Then you can input your card details - if you put money into your Wallet, we’ll use this card. 

(If your card is not connected to your chosen bank account, we’ll take money from the bank account instead)

Lastly, you’ll be asked to set up a direct debit. We’ll only use this if you set up Cleo Plus and the other two methods fail. 

After that you’re all done and you can get to saving 🎊
