How long does it take to move money in or out of my Cleo Wallet?
Transaction times, my friend; they’re a nightmare. It’s all to do with broken banking infrastructure and Cleo is doing her best to work with that.
Deposits into your Cleo Wallet
If you’ve moved money into your Wallet money into your Wallet from your linked bank account, it will have left your bank and will show as ‘pending’ in your Wallet and there will be a (+$amount) next to your available balance.
It takes 4 business days for the money to clear. The day you make the transaction is Day 0.
Withdrawals from your Cleo Wallet
If you’ve moved money into your bank account from your Cleo Wallet, it will leave your Wallet and head to your bank.
Unfortunately, banks don’t show incoming pending transactions so it may look like your money has disappeared.
Don’t worry, it’s still there, just traveling 🌴
It takes 4 business days for the money to clear into your bank account. The day you make the transaction is Day 0.
