What do I do if my balance isn't correct?
If you're Cleo balance isn't quite matching your online bank balance, you can ask Cleo to refresh your balance. If you're on your dashboard, click on the refresh button next each account, or if you're chatting to Cleo, ask her to "refresh" 📈
How often does Cleo refresh my balance?
Cleo pulls your bank balance and transactions every 12 hours and you can do an additional refresh once an hour.
My balance is still very wrong... 🤔
If your balance is still looking way out, it is worth checking your accounts page:
All your accounts are connected. If one has become disconnected, click directly on the account to reconnect through your bank's portal.
You haven't accidentally added an account more than once. If you do spot a duplicate, a click the delete button next to the account to remove.
