Transfers to and from the Cleo Wallet can take up to 4 business days to process (in other words, it will take longer over weekends), so don't be alarmed if you can't see the money within this time frame. The transaction will show as pending until it has cleared. You can check the status of the payment by looking at your Cleo Wallet.
You have taken money out of the Cleo Wallet and you're still waiting for it to return to your account
Transfers to and from the Cleo Wallet can take up to 4 business days to clear (in other words, it will take longer over the weekend), so don't be alarmed if you can't see the money within this time frame. Once the transaction has cleared, it will appear in the account attached to your Cleo Wallet.
