If you cancel your Plus subscription within 7 days of signing up without requesting a Salary Advance, you can get a refund. 

Your refund will take a couple of business days to process 💸. If it doesn't show up within 4 business days, please let us know! 

Heads up, as per the T&Cs, if you’ve deleted your Cleo account then we can’t process a refund because the money doesn’t know where to go 😵
