Do I have a Cleo Plus subscription?

It's always good to know where your money's going, so here's some quick ways to check the status of your Plus subscription:

Your Profile

A quick and easy way is to go to your 'profile' screen. In the upper right corner you'll either see a star symbol and the word 'Plus' if you have Cleo Plus, or a little love heart and Cleo Free if you're back using the standard version of the app.

The Borrow tab

If you've successfully canceled your Plus subscription, you'll see an advert for Cleo Plus.

If you you have an advance out, you'll be able to see the status of that advance, or you will be able to apply for one.

Email

If you've canceled your subscription, you will also have received an email 💌 so double-check your inbox
