Getting an error when entering your SSN?
If you have submitted your social security number but receiving an error message, please try the following 👇 :
Try again - often when this happens, a Cleo user will have typed a digit or two incorrectly when submitting their SSN. To resolve this, please try again, double checking the digits you have typed are accurate.
Double check name - please ensure the first and last name on your SSN card matches the first and last name you used to set up your Cleo account. If so, please try again. If not, please contact support to update your name.
Contact support - if you are still receiving an error message after you have entered the correct SSN and the full name on your SSN card and Cleo account is the same, please contact our support team and we can help solve this problem for you 🙌
