How do I activate my Cleo Credit Builder Card?

All you need to do in order to activate your Card is successfully complete the Cleo Credit Builder Card sign-up flow.

Once you’ve completed it, you’ll be able to view your card details and make purchases with a merchant of your choice by tapping the card details button in the spend tab

Remember: you’ll need your passcode to view your card details

How do I freeze (temporarily block) my card?

If you’d like to freeze your card and block any future transactions, our customer service team can easily help you out.

All you need to do is:

  • Head over to the spend tab

  • Tap ‘I need help with my card’ in “I’ve got questions” section

  • Once Cleo replies to you with a list of potential actions to take, choose “talk to a human”, which should take you to our customer service

  • Once you reach customer service, our agents will be able to freeze your card

How do I cancel my Card?

  1. Head over to the spend tab

  2. Tap “I need help with my card button”

  3. When Cleo returns with a number of quick actions to take, “cancel/reorder card”

  4. Tell customer service you’d like to cancel your card indefinitely

  5. Customer Service will do the rest for you

I’ve lost my card. How do I order a new one?

  1. Head over to the spend tab

  2. Tap “I need help with my card” button

  3. When Cleo returns with a number of quick actions to take, “cancel/reorder card”

  4. Tell customer service you’ve lost your card

  5. Customer Service will do the rest for you

My card has been stolen. How do I order a new one?

  1. Head over to the spend tab

  2. Tap “I need help with my card” button

  3. When Cleo returns with a number of quick actions to take, “cancel/reorder card”

  4. Tell customer service your card’s been stolen

  5. Customer Service will do the rest for you

My card has been damaged. How do I order a new one?
