If you have already made your mind up however, just say "unsubscribe" to Cleo in the app and you will have the option to downgrade to Plus and keep the Salary Advance, Daily Cash, as well as Credit Scoring, or off-board completely.
As per our T&Cs, if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up then you'll be refunded your subscription payment. Please note, if you successfully requested a physical card during this 7-day time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund.
