This Sweepstakes begins on 4th March 2022 at 9am PT and ends on 8th March, 2022 at 11:59pm PT. No further entries will be considered once this deadline has passed.
Who May Enter:
This Sweepstakes is open to US residents, aged 18 years or over, who are users of the Cleo app; except for employees of Cleo and their close relatives (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
How to Enter: Eligible Entrants (âEntrantsâ) must:
Have downloaded the Cleo app (download is available at no cost)
Must have completed the relevant Typeform survey included in the email sent on 4th March 2022
Have at least one (1) bank account connected to the Cleo app, in order for Cleo to pay prize money if Entrant is a winner of the competition
Entrants must download the Cleo app and complete the Typeform survey. Those who complete the chatflow will automatically be entered to win $100.
Upon completion as stated above, the Entrant is automatically entered to win $100.
Notification
Cleo will notify the winner by email by 11th March 2022 12:00 PM PT. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Payment of Prize Money:
A total of one (1) winner will be chosen at random. This means that Cleo will give away a total of $100 as a prize for entering the Sweepstakes. This payment will be transferred to the winnerâs Cleo Wallet within 24 hours of being selected.
Miscellaneous
Limit to one (1) entry: There are no limits on how many times an Entrant may enter by completing the survey. However, the Entrant will only be entered once to win the $100.
Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Cleo and or its agents.
Cleo accepts no responsibility for entries not received, nor for incomplete entries. Cleo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.
Cleo reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sweepstakes without notice. Any changes to the Sweepstakes will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by Cleo.
Cleoâs decision in respect of all matters to do with the Sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrantâs residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneysâ fees, other than Entrantâs actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
10. No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Cleo in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Cleo may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Cleo believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Cleo rejects any entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry.
11. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Cleo and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.
12. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Cleo in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to Delawareâs choice of law rules.
Privacy
By accepting the prize the winner consents to Cleo's use of their name and image in any publicity material for legitimate business purposes, which may include advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Cleoâs Privacy Policy may be viewed here.
